    Right on the waterfront with a lovely view of Hong Kong city, especially at night. Adjoining a huge mall but with top of the line and expensive stores.

    the breack fast is perficket and the breackfast bar is big and international ,the room is big and confortable i asked for baby cot and it was also big

    There are stairs in the hotel lobby and it is difficult to use baby stroller on stairs

    Excellent welcome in booking in to the hotel and in the main excellent service by Hotel staff.

    Stayed in the Club rooms which were starting to look tired and in need of a refresh. The lounge was a disaster. Not big enough, understaffed, lack of food. When compare with other hotels in HK the Club lounge was not up to standard. Shame as the hotel has a lot of potential.

    The hotel is well situated in Kowloon and is always immaculate. The rooms are a good size and very clean and well appointed. My room had fantastic views across Hong Kong Harbour.

    This Hotel, like many in Hong Kong seems overpriced.

    The harbor view room was fine, and the city views were even more amazing at night. The staff were polite and accommodating.

    The total stay was very relaxing because of their professional services. We ate at a fantastic restaurant with excellent Breakfast Buffet. The breakfast had a lot of options, tea and fresh bread.

    When we arrived we were asked whether we would like to upgrade to have access to executive lounge for nominal amount. This gave free breakfast ,afternoon cream tea and evening cocktails -excellent value Also location with harbour side views and location is superb...

    Comfortable room, convenient location, with a really good breakfast, just a short walk from the harbor and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.
